The title is in fact the name of a specific brand of coffee from the oldest coffee plantations down under. The flavour is rich, spicy and buttery and often compared to the more expensive Blue Mountain, but at a fraction of the price. This specific lot of beans were roasted by myself to a medium dark roast. Gotta love coffee!"
